Christmas

We had a great Christmas. Mommy and I made several batches of sugar cookies and as you can see I got very good at decorating them.

We went to see Grandma Schulte on the 23rd for our Schulte Christmas. We had lots of fun and received lots of new toys.

Can you believe all the cool stuff Santa left for us?

Grandpa and Abuela stayed the night with us on Christmas Eve and got to spend some time with us Christmas Day, we had lots of fun opening presents and playing with new toys.
Papa and Nana came later in the day on Christmas Day, Blake sure looks worn out, but I'm ready for more.

Blake loves his new car! Mommy and Daddy push him all around the family room in it.

Here is my family. We love the blanket from Grandma Anderson.
Thanks to everyone for making it a wonderful Christmas for my family!!

White Christmas

It snowed several inches on Christmas Eve. Blake got his first experience in the snow and Lauren built her first snowman.

Getting ready for Christmas

Lauren painted her fingernails by herself and she helped mommy make sugar cookies a couple of times. She and Blake also played alot.

Blake's 9 month appt

Blake had his 9 month doctors visit yesterday. He is doing well, his growing has slowed down a little (thank goodness) and he has slimmed down a bit which is normal around this age when kids start really moving. His #'s have always hovered around 90% but now his height is 75% and his weight is 60%. He is 28.5" tall (the exact same measurement as Lauren at 9m, but on the girls chart that put her in the 90%) and he weights 20lb 14oz. (Lauren was also in the 60% for her weight at 9m, she weighed 19lb 6oz). He only had to get his second dose of flu shot and I don't even think he noticed when she stuck him with the needle, he was just trying to flip over and go play, crazy kid. He was very happy the entire visit and charming everyone with his big toothless grin.
