Lauren helps with Blake's bath

Lauren helped with Blake's bath by washing his feet.

Today, the first day of Spring, Blake saw his first snowfall (not clear in the picture). Blake also slept normally for a 10 day old baby last night YEAH!!!!! However, Lauren woke up at 4:15 scared of something in her room.

Here is what Blake does mostly from 6am until 10pm. After that he has several periods of being fussy, spends lots of time crying, and apparently has some gas. Mommy and daddy, especially mommy, are sleep-deprived in a big way.


Tonight Blake got his first sponge bath. His diaper was off for just a few minutes and he chose that time to let go.....and it wasn't #1.

Blake came home today and Grandma brought Lauren home shortly after that. Puck, Lauren, Mommy, and Daddy are all glad to be home. Blake took right to eating and Lauren is loving being a big sister.

Blake Gavin Deiter

Blake Gavin Deiter arrived this morning, March 10, at 10:00am (8lbs 6ozs and 21 inches). Vicki and Blake are doing great. Lauren came by to see him and got to hold him and helped Nurse Ann give Blake his first bath. Blake has the same birthday as his Grandpa Anderson (Ron "Papa" Anderson).

Update on my brother

Mommy went to see her doctor yesterday. He said if she doesn't have my brother by next Friday (March 12th) they will induce that day. I can't wait to meet my new brother!! Just 9 more days until I get to meet him unless he wants to come earlier than that.
